Annah Rais Bidayuh Longhouse is one of Sarawak’s most iconic cultural attractions, located about 60km from Kuching. Home to the Bidayuh community, this centuries-old longhouse offers visitors a glimpse into traditional village life, unique bamboo architecture, and the rich heritage of the “Land Dayak.” Guests can explore the longhouse, learn about local customs, taste traditional rice wine (tuak), and discover the historical Baruk (headhouse), which was once used for ceremonies and community gatherings. Surrounded by lush hills and hot springs, Annah Rais is both a cultural and nature retreat.
